Job description
- Application
- Renuity’s central division is seeking a detail-oriented, analytically driven Marketing Manager to help fuel our multi-market expansion. Operating at the high-impact intersection of local strategy, data analytics, and campaign deployment, you will translate corporate vision into highly trackable, regional marketing momentum. Working directly with the Senior Director of Marketing, you will serve as the core analytical engine measuring performance across digital, traditional, and face-to-face (F2F) lead channels while acting as a vital partner to our Home Base marketing teams. This position is a hands-on, execution-focused individual contributor role perfect for an agile marketer who thrives on data optimization and campaign delivery.
Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing performance tracking across all lead sources — including digital, traditional media, and face-to-face (F2F) channels — monitoring campaign KPIs
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly reporting at the market, product, and source level, tracking performance against established goals
- Partner with business leaders to monitor tracking accuracy to ensure lead attribution is correct and consistent; call scripting and campaign timing; and utilize data to analyze performance
- Research and identify local marketing opportunities in local print, direct mail, radio, local broadcasting and local partnerships across all Mad City markets
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify competitive activity, emerging opportunities, and local trends that could inform marketing strategy
- Partner with the Events team to identify and source additional event opportunities Research event opportunities in each market and evaluate fit based on audience profile, cost, and lead generation potential
- Work closely with the Home Base marketing team to coordinate campaign execution across markets, ensuring timelines, assets, and targeting details are aligned
- Brief creative requests with market-specific context and performance insights; review assets for brand consistency and messaging accuracy
- Serve as the market-level point of contact for campaign questions and ensure local nuances are represented in planning
- Maintain organized records of campaign details, source codes, spend commitments, and performance history to support ongoing analysis and planning
- Review division invoices and accruals provided by the Accounting team to verify accuracy of marketing expenses
- Ensure proper tracking is in place across all active campaigns — UTM parameters, call tracking numbers, and offline source codes — and validate that data flows accurately into reporting systems
Requirements
- · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- · 4–6+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer lead generation or B2C marketing, with a demonstrated focus on performance analysis and multi-channel campaign execution
- · Experience in digital marketing (paid search, paid social, display) and traditional channels (direct mail, print, radio)
- · Highly analytical and structured thinker — able to dive into the data, find what matters, simplify it, and communicate concise recommendations to senior stakeholders
- · Experience managing a heavy project load in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous workstreams
- · Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and operations teams
- · Background in home services, home improvement, or other in-home direct-to-consumer business models and experience coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple markets a plus.
- · Familiarity with face-to-face (F2F) or field marketing programs, specifically the ability to analyze and report on their performance alongside other channels and identifying and evaluating local sponsorship or community marketing opportunities a plus.
