Job description
- The HR Manager plays a key role in supporting the organization’s human resources functions, with a strong focus on Workday HRIS administration, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning, HR Metrics & Reporting, HR Compliance & Policies and Employee Relations. This role ensures HR programs align with company objectives and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring the HR Manager to travel to our Alexandria or Irvine office as business needs.
Responsibilities

- Workday HRIS
- Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and ensure system integrity.
- Generate reports and dashboards for HR metrics and compliance.
- Support HR process automation and partner with the HRIS Global team to troubleshoot system issues.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment and selection processes.
- Partner with managers to identify staffing needs.
- Support workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives.
- Lead employee full life cycle, onboarding and offboarding.
- Performance Management
- Administer the performance review process, ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Support managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on workplace issues.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and policy violations.
- Promote a positive work environment through proactive engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience with exposure to HRIS administration, HR metrics & reporting, employee full life cycle management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Workday proficient.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- PHR/SPHR strongly desired.
- All other duties as assigned.
