Responsibilities

• Support strategic growth initiatives aligned to sales, revenue, profit, and business objectives.
• Lead and coordinate global programs, key customer initiatives, new customer onboarding, and new product introductions.
• Manage assigned account portfolios by prioritizing opportunities, optimizing resources, and monitoring performance scorecards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Design, Pricing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Planning teams.
• Identify and mitigate program risks while tracking project health, corrective actions, milestones, and escalation needs.
• Facilitate project objectives, scope, deliverables, schedules, resources, reporting, and executive reviews.
• Support sales forecasting, SIOP participation, inventory visibility, delivery performance, and customer service planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in program management
• 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, manufacturing engineering, design engineering or customer service at a manufacturing company.
• Program or project management experience in a cross-functional, customer-facing, or commercial environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong communication skills with experience preparing reports, leading reviews, and presenting project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use scorecards, forecasts, pipeline metrics, inventory reports, and delivery data to guide decisions.
• Customer-service orientation and comfort partnering across sales, operations, planning, engineering, supply chain, finance, and quality teams.
• Ability to work hybrid from our Anoka MN location on Lund blvd 4 days a week, with 1 day working at home. Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter.

• nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
• $89,300.00 - $165,800.00
• Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
