• Summary We are looking for an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst with 7-8 years of overall experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain and Guidewire implementations. The ideal candidate must be Guidewire ClaimCenter ACE
• Certified and have successfully worked on at least one Guidewire Cloud implementation project. The candidate will play a key role in gathering business requirements, driving claims transformation initiatives, and supporting end-to-end ClaimCenter implementations.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities Collaborate with claims business users, claims managers, product owners, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Conduct requirement workshops and discovery sessions for claims management processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support implementation and enhancement of Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions.
• Participate in Guidewire Cloud implementation activities, including requirement analysis, solution validation, testing, and deployment support.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end claims processes, including: First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Claim Intake and Registration Coverage Verification Claim Investigation Reserve Management Payments and Recoveries Subrogation Litigation Management Claim Closure
