- Review and explain training requirements, including a suggested timeline for completion.
- Respond to new hire inquiries through a case management system, documenting and escalating issues as needed using appropriate processes.
- Research and resolve onboarding-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously, prioritizing according to urgency.
- Work independently on routine responsibilities while supporting broader HR team goals.
- Actively contribute to improving HR services, processes, and procedures to enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
- Maintain compliance across all assigned HR shared service processes.
- Navigate and utilize HR systems, including the Employee Portal, Self Service tools, Knowledge Base, and Case Management platform.
- Meet service level agreements for task completion and support response times.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education is a plus.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an HR or support setting.
