- We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Front Desk Administrative Associate who takes pride in providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and vendors. - As the first point of contact for our luxury condominium community, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the property. The successful candidate will be friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing an exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities
- ? Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- ? Assist residents with package retrieval and delivery notifications
- ? Manage resident fob access, credentials, and related requests
- ? Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
- ? Schedule appointments, meetings, and resident service requests
- ? Provide general administrative support to the management team
- ? Respond to resident questions and concerns while delivering exceptional customer service
- ? Maintain accurate records, logs, and community databases
- ? Assist with office organization, filing, correspondence, and special projects
- ? Support community events and resident engagement activities when needed
Requirements
