Job description

• Great Lakes Wine & Spirits is a growing statewide company seeking Warehouse Associates to work the Night Shift at our warehouse in Grand Rapids.

Responsibilities

• As a Warehouse Associate (Night Shift), you help ensure customer orders are built accurately and loaded safely so deliveries leave on time. You’ll select full cases and individual bottles, build stable pallets (light-on-heavy, labels out), stage and shrink-wrap freight, and load product onto route trucks. You’ll also operate warehouse equipment such as an electric pallet jack or forklift, keep the dock flowing, and maintain a clean, organized work area while meeting expected case-per-hour standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old (HS diploma/GED preferred)
• Able to stay on your feet for the full shift in a loud, active warehouse
• Frequently lift/carry up to 55 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Read, write, and communicate in English; follow policies and MLCC rules as they apply to position.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the employee policy manual and any applicable contracts, signed agreements, and work rules.
• Cooperates with all management and staff of GLWAS.
