Job description

• Bighorn Airways is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Administrator to support our Department of Defense (DoD) and Government Contract Operations team. This position plays a critical role in coordinating personnel onboarding, training, deployment documentation, travel administration, compliance tracking, and contractor reporting for specialized aviation operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and qualification tracking for contract personnel.
• Assist with scheduling, recordkeeping, reporting, and training coordination.
• Maintain deployment readiness records and required documentation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for deployed personnel.
• Serve as a point of contact for remote and deployed employees.
• Manage contractor portals and maintain compliance documentation.
• Assist with passport, visa, and deployment-related requirements.
• Collect, organize, and process travel expense documentation and receipts.
• Prepare trip reports and supporting documentation for contractor invoicing.
• Support accounting and operational teams with contract-related records and reporting.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Office; excellent communication skills; ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
