Responsibilities

• Perform account maintenance, disbursements, transfers, and research.
• Handle reports, clear outstanding debits, and resolve escalated issues.
• Process and investigate payments and handle correspondence.
• Manage client requests, account updates, scanning, and stock transfers.
• Execute check and Fed wire disbursements and check stop payments.

Requirements

• Meet production and quality standards.
• Cross-train in multiple functions.
• Adhere to compliance and control guidelines.
• Interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in the Service Center or other Operations teams.
• 1 year of Operations, Banking Operations, Financial Services, or Administrative experience.
• Experience with account maintenance, transfers, payments, disbursements, or client requests.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet production and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial services or banking operations experience.
• Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments.
