Responsibilities

• Operate the day-to-day logistics of the Best of the Twin Cities Readers’ Poll.
• Organize and maintain nomination, voting, business, and winner data.
• Assist with poll setup, testing, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate winner communications, awards, and deliveries.
• Keep project timelines and deliverables organized throughout the poll cycle.
• Assist with miscellaneous Sales and Marketing projects as needed.

Requirements

• Junior standing or above preferred, pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, or a related field.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, especially when balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and interest in magazines, marketing, and the Twin Cities business community.
• CRM or email marketing experience is helpful but not required.
