- Provides office administrative support and records maintenance for water utility construction.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills. - They will be interacting directly with customers and municipal officials on a daily basis, usually under less-than-ideal circumstances.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail. - They will maintain records that have regulatory and financial implications.
- Intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, etc.)
