Staffing Operations Administrator at Scott Logic in Bristol

Job description

• We work with some of the UK’s biggest companies and government departments to provide a pragmatic approach to technology, delivering bespoke software solutions and expert advice.
• In this role you will be working within the Staffing Operations team, providing administrative and operational support to the Staffing Operations function, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of consultant workforce management processes across Scott Logic. The role supports the maintenance of consultant workforce data, coordination of staffing team activities, reporting, governance administration, and stakeholder communication.
• You will gain exposure to the core operations of a busy software consultancy, regularly liaising with finance, commercial, business operations, and senior management.
• There's plenty of opportunity to contribute more widely across Scott Logic, collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues, and to be involved in shaping operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing team records, systems and trackers.
• Support administration of consultant workforce allocations and project movements.
• Maintain view of consultant workforce availability, bench and assignment information.
• Support the end-to-end contractor recruitment lifecycle.
• Monitor client project related requests and identify supply picture using staffing tools.
• Attend staffing meetings, record minutes and follow up on actions.
• Support production of routine staffing reports and management information.
• Support staffing governance and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Someone who will promote Staffing best practice, continuous improvement, and standardised ways of working.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Proactive, well organized and dependable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate record keeping
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Ability to maintain trackers, produce routine reports, and coordinate governance activities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Administrative or coordinator experience
• Experience supporting governance meetings and reporting cycles
• Experience supporting staffing, resourcing, workforce planning or operational processes
• Familiarity with staffing tools, capacity planning dashboards or allocation workflows
