Job description

• The Graphic Designer works within Fisher Investments' in-house agency, fishtank, and creates effective visual assets that support Fisher Investments' marketing goals across digital, social, email, web and multimedia channels. You will translate creative briefs, brand standards, audience needs and campaign goals into high-quality static, motion deliverables. Reporting to the AVP, Design, you will collaborate with designers, multimedia specialists, writers, marketers and partners. You will manage assigned work through review to approval; and use tools and workflows to improve ideation, production and iteration while maintaining quality, confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and update marketing assets to help improve Fisher's performance marketing campaigns.
• Produce static, animated and short-form motion assets from approved creative briefs, brand standards and channel requirements.
• Translate audience needs, campaign goals and performance insights into clear, effective design solutions.
• Adapt and version creative across formats, markets and channels while maintaining brand consistency, production accuracy and accessibility considerations.
• Collaborate with other designers, multimedia specialists, writers, marketers, developers and partners to complete work that meets our requirements.
• Manage assigned projects and priorities through completion, communicate status and risks, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and participate in review cycles, quality control and continuous improvement.
• Use firm-approved creative tools and workflows to support brainstorming, prototyping, production and iteration following applicable procedures.
• Follow legal and compliance requirements and properly handle confidential information.
• Identify potential process improvements, reusable assets and documentation that improve design quality, consistency and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience in an in-house, agency, or comparable environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working proficiency in Figma and Microsoft Office.
• Portfolio shows strong typography, layout, color, composition and brand-system application across digital channels.
• Interpret creative briefs, solve design problems independently and build within established brand and compliance requirements.
• 1+ years of experience using AI-assisted creative tools while applying sound judgment regarding appropriate use.
• Experience with direct-response creative and performance marketing preferred.
