Job description

• The Marketing Specialist functions a vital, hands-on role in fulfilling creative marketing initiatives from a global company perspective. The role is instrumental in all marketing components as well as monitoring and organizing projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with marketing team on varied tasks including social media, dealer websites and other marketing projects.
• Updates and proofs marketing on websites for changes in retail pricing and creative.
• Assists with daily operation of the marketing group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assists marketing team in responding to online reviews on google, yelp and other review platforms.
• Helps coordinate shows and promotional onsite/ offsite events as needed.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Maintains a clean and professional work environment.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Must be friendly and able to meet and greet general public at events.
• Available to work five days a week including weekends as needed.
• Willing to travel to local events, generally in the Kendall area.
• Understanding of social media and content management platforms.
• General understanding of paid search engine marketing and search engine optimization.
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere or other creative software.
• Proper utilization of grammar with fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred).
• Photography though smartphone and/or camera.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Related degree or some college in marketing field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
