- Job Title: Operations Support Technician
- Location: Shreveport, LA

- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the light industrial/manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to customers, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, and providing technical assistance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Provide technical assistance to various projects as required.
- Ensure technical designs meet internal and customer requirements prior to signoff by the Design/Technical Engineer or Technical Expert.
- Support technical integrity and competency by comprehending and supporting the Design-Execute-Evaluate process.
- Collect and collate information of key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering PSD and providing technical assistance.
- Strong understanding of technical design requirements.
- Ability to support the Design-Execute-Evaluate process.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing key performance indicators.
