Job description
- Job Title: Light Industrial - Warehouse Associate
- Location: Lima, OH, USA
- Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our client's team in the industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to loading and unloading trucks, operating sit-down forklifts, pulling orders, and staging material for refinery turnaround and other customers.
Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.
Requirements
- 6 months recent warehouse/sit-down forklift experience.
- No more than 3-month gaps in work history.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs continuously.
- A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred.
- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
- Forklift Operator experience is required.
- Standing, bending, lifting, pulling for a full shift.
- Read and understand work orders.
