Job description

• We are seeking a Senior Marketing Presentations Analyst to join our Product Strategy & Development team. This individual will be responsible for producing, refining, and maintaining institutional-quality marketing and client presentation materials across our equity and fixed income platforms. The role requires close collaboration with Investments, Product, Sales & Client Service, and Compliance to ensure all materials are accurate, consistent, and reflective of current firm messaging and market positioning. This is a highly visible role suited to a detail-oriented professional with deep familiarity with asset management collateral — pitchbooks, fact sheets, commentary, RFPs, and client reporting decks — who can operate independently while managing multiple concurrent deliverables under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end production of marketing presentations, pitchbooks, fact sheets, and other client-facing collateral across equity and fixed income strategies.
• Partner with Investment Teams, Portfolio Specialists, and Product Managers to translate strategy positioning, performance data, and market commentary into clear, compelling, and compliant presentation materials. Apply creative design methods, standard formats, templates, and tools to convey investment information in a user-friendly manner.
• Maintain and update recurring materials (monthly/quarterly fact sheets, commentaries, performance decks) on a consistent production cycle, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Legal to ensure all materials meet regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC/FINRA guidelines, GIPS presentation standards) prior to distribution.
• Collaborate with RFP and Data team members for responses with accurate, up-to-date content and exhibits, coordinating with Product Managers to ensure messaging remains current and consistent.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource on presentation content, formatting standards, and brand guidelines; ensure consistency across all client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Service, Consultant Relations, Marketing, and Product Managers to tailor materials for specific client segments, channels, and geographies.
• Manage version control, approval workflows, and archiving presentation materials in accordance with firm policy.
• Work with the external vendor tool used to maintain the library of approved marketing materials, keeping the library current and organized.
• Document and communicate project status to project leaders using established workflows and team processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the presentation production process, including templates, data automation, and workflow tools.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts supporting the presentations function.
• Partner with the Marketing Manager to maintain vendor relationships, ensuring quality deliverables are received within agreed-upon timeframes.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor positioning, and best practices in institutional and intermediary marketing communications.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing presentations, product marketing, or investment communications at an asset management firm.
• Demonstrated experience supporting both equity and fixed income asset classes strongly preferred.
• Prior experience working directly with Portfolio Specialists, and/or Product Managers to develop client-facing materials.
• Experience navigating a compliance review process for regulated financial marketing materials.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint required; experience with Excel and data/analytics tools (e.g., FactSet, Morningstar, eVestment, Bloomberg) strongly preferred.
• Graphic design skills, with proficiency in graphic design software.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills; ability to distill complex investment concepts into clear, client-ready narratives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders under deadline pressure.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Working knowledge of SEC/FINRA marketing rules and GIPS presentation standards.
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across Investments, Sales, Compliance, and Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree required; CFA Institute Investment Foundations certification, CFA, CAIA, or progress toward a similar designation is a plus but not required.

Actual base salary within the specified range is based on several factors, including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and, if applicable, the location of the position.
• This role is eligible for either a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance) and/or commission-based incentives.

• $90,000—$115,000 USD
