• This role can be hired as a Grade 18 or 19; candidate experience will determine grade. Open to candidates in Florham Park, NJ or Mettawa, IL.
• This role works in collaboration with the Associate Director, HCP Promotions and the full HCP promotional team to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans to drive brand growth. Core to this role is serving as the cross-indication digital lead, responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of Veeva Approved Emails (VAEs) and Non-Personal Promotions (NPPs).
• This position requires a proactive, self-starting individual who can independently manage multiple priorities, identify opportunities, and drive projects forward with a high degree of ownership and accountability. The individual will collaborate across cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional initiatives, build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality execution of key business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead assigned marketing initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and strong business outcomes.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends, leveraging insights to optimize marketing strategy and execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute promotional programs while managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive field engagement and enablement through clear communication of key initiatives that support sales force execution.
• Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions that keep projects moving forward

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills
• 4-6 years of pharmaceutical and/or CPG marketing
• Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and impact on development of marketing materials
• Experience with digital marketing, including performance monitoring, optimization, and measurement.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize among competing business needs
• Highly organized, proactive professional with strong ownership, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to influence within a matrixed organization, build cross-functional partnerships, and drive alignment to achieve business objectives.
• Sound financial acumen and experience managing budgets. Ability to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators and translate findings into actionable business recommendations..
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including sales meetings, field visits, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
