Responsibilities

• Own the operating system behind Outtake's revenue engine, spanning Sales, SDR, Marketing, and the systems, processes, data, and planning that connect them. You're joining at a point where the foundations are being built, so you'll be expected to both clean up what exists today and design what we need to scale our Sales team into the future.
• Own revenue planning and performance. Build and run the models behind coverage, segmentation, territory and quota allocation, incentive plans, forecasting, and business metrics. Partner with Finance on fiscal year planning, forecast methodology, and plan economics, while owning the underlying models and administration.
• Be the operating partner to Sales and Marketing leadership. Partner closely with the VP of Sales, SDR leadership, Marketing, Finance, and company leadership to turn GTM strategy into the processes, systems, and operating rhythms that make the team more productive. Bring a clear POV on where the revenue engine is working, where it is breaking, and what we should change.
• Own the GTM systems and technology stack. Own the architecture, governance, and evolution of the systems connecting Marketing, SDR, and Sales, including HubSpot, Clay, integrations, workflows, routing, lifecycle definitions, forms, properties, campaign infrastructure, and reusable templates. Partner internally to consolidate tooling, evaluate vendors, manage integrations, and ensure the stack is reliable, scalable, and aligned with how the business operates.
• Own the GTM funnel and lead flow. Design the processes that turn demand and buyer signals into actionable pipeline, from first touch through Sales. Own lead qualification, scoring, enrichment, attribution, routing, SLAs, recycling, and Marketing-to-Sales handoffs. Ensure leads from campaigns, events, webinars, and other channels reach the right rep with the right context at the right time, and use conversion data and intent signals to continuously improve how accounts and contacts surface to Sales.
• Be a player-coach. Get your hands dirty building the models, writing queries, configuring HubSpot, fixing data, shipping dashboards, redesigning workflows, and solving operational problems yourself. At the same time, zoom out to help leadership think through coverage, capacity, productivity, funnel performance, forecasting, and the operating model required to scale the Sales organization. Know when to fix the problem and when to redesign the system.
• Be an AI-forward operator and improve the operating cadence. Automate manual reporting and workflows, apply LLMs and Outtake product data to improve account research and personalization, and evaluate new GTM tooling. Support and continuously improve forecast calls, pipeline reviews, business reviews, and planning cycles, bringing a clear POV on where AI can create leverage across RevOps over the next 12-24 months.
• Build the function. Start as a player-coach and build the RevOps organization as the business scales, adding the people and capabilities needed to support a growing GTM organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or a closely related function, with increasing ownership and scope.
• Experience scaling a B2B SaaS or enterprise GTM organization, ideally having lived through meaningful sales team growth and increasing complexity.
• Strong command of revenue planning and analytics, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory and quota planning, capacity modeling, coverage, incentives, and business reporting.
• Deep hands-on experience with CRM and GTM systems. Comfortable owning architecture, workflows, routing, lifecycle stages, data quality, integrations, and reporting. HubSpot or Salesforce experience required.
• Highly analytical and technically capable. Advanced spreadsheet modeling and SQL, or equivalent analytical tooling. Comfortable pulling the data themselves rather than waiting on an analyst.
• Strong cross-functional operator. Has partnered closely with Sales, SDR, Marketing, Finance, Data, and executive leadership to turn GTM strategy into operating processes.
• Player-coach mentality. Willing and excited to configure systems, fix broken data, build models, write queries, and solve problems personally while also thinking strategically about the broader operating model.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity. Has built or cleaned up RevOps infrastructure in environments where the systems, processes, and data are not yet perfect.
• Strong judgment and communication. Can form a POV, challenge assumptions, make recommendations, and translate complex operational issues into clear decisions for leadership.
• High agency and ownership. Sees problems, figures out what needs to happen, and drives them through without waiting for a perfect roadmap.
• Experience as the senior-most RevOps or Sales Ops operator at a high-growth startup.
• Experience scaling a sales organization from roughly 10 sellers to 30+ or through a similarly meaningful growth phase.
• Experience owning Marketing Ops / Marketing-to-Sales infrastructure, including lead scoring, attribution, enrichment, routing, lifecycle management, and campaign infrastructure.
• Experience with HubSpot and Clay, including integrations and API/webhook-based workflows.
• Experience building a RevOps function from scratch and hiring the first members of the team.
• Experience partnering directly with a VP Sales / CRO as their primary operating partner.
• Experience in enterprise sales, particularly with longer sales cycles, complex account structures, and multi-threaded buying processes.
• Experience with AI-enabled GTM workflows, LLMs, automation, or emerging RevTech.
• Experience evaluating and consolidating GTM tooling and vendors as an organization scales.
