• As a Senior Product Manager II, you are responsible for driving net new customer acquisition, onboarding and adoption of HCP Products, and customer retention through growth product work. You work daily with our engineering and design teams and other stakeholders to identify the right problems to solve, execute quickly against hypotheses, and measure and iterate on our work until we achieve our goals. Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy, identifying opportunities that align with company objectives and customer needs
• Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and gather customer feedback to inform product direction
• Develop, prioritize, and test product hypotheses and initiatives based on customer impact, business opportunity, and feasibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Strategy, Operations) to develop and validate impactful solutions
• Partner with go-to-market teams to refine product positioning, pricing, and risk management strategies
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product roadmap development
• Drive the execution of product development, working closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality features
• Oversee product launches and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support for seamless execution
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer feedback post-launch to iterate quickly based on data-driven insights

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives from concept to launch, particularly prior growth or PLG experience; experience building AI/agentic PLG experiences a plus
• Experience with growth stack tools (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly) and experimentation
• Expertise in agile development, product strategy, product lifecycle management, and user experience best practices
• Demonstrated ability to align teams around a strategic vision and execute effectively
• Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience in a Software as a Service or technology-focused company preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• A multi-dimensional background with a breadth of cross-functional interests or depth of specialized mastery
• Personal resilience to learn from scratch, and successfully thrive in ambiguity

• This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $144,000-$179,000 + Equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
