- A Client Care Specialist (CCS2) contributes to AHF's mission by presenting a friendly, helpful face to patients seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Clinics and Fixed Site locations. A CCS2 is a hybrid role providing courteous, confidential, and professional support to clients within testing programs.

Responsibilities
- The WCCS2 will work as a part of a close-knit team to focus on comprehensive patient care by collecting medical histories, managing tests/screenings, recording vitals, and addressing health complaints. They will facilitate patient registration, appointment management, and electronic chart creation. The role requires proficiency in data documentation, including referrals and reports. A valid phlebotomy license or medical assistant certificate is necessary, with skills in venipuncture and sample collection, including blood and other specimen's, preparing them for laboratory analysis.

- A CCS2 must have a valid phlebotomy license (OR) have a current medical assistant (MA) certificate.
