Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operational and project-based work for an enterprise Microsoft 365 team
- Utilize Kanban methodology to manage workflow, priorities, resources, and project delivery
- Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile/Kanban ceremonies
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and maintain team alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Manage the Kanban board, optimize workflows, and monitor WIP limits
- Identify and remove impediments and blockers affecting team productivity
- Coach team members on Agile and Kanban methodologies and best practices
- Facilitate retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Plan, execute, and deliver Microsoft 365 projects on time and within scope
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate project and operational activities with stakeholders across IT and business organizations
- Provide regular project and operational status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure project documentation, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer activities are completed
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities supporting Microsoft 365 services
- Support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, and related enterprise technologies

Requirements
- Experienced Project Manager - M365
- 5-7 years of experience in IT Project Management and/or Scrum Master roles
- Proven experience simultaneously managing operational and project-based work
- Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies within a Kanban environment
- Strong understanding of Kanban methodology, workflow optimization, WIP limits, and performance metrics
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 projects and/or enterprise M365 environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot
- Experience with email security and mail-flow management technologies such as Proofpoint
- Experience planning, executing, and delivering IT projects on time and within scope
- Experience developing project schedules, resource plans, risk mitigation strategies, and project status reporting
