Job description

• The Senior Product Marketing Manager, Commercialization owns how Quavo's products and new capabilities go to market. That includes the segments they launch into, how they're priced and packaged, and the commercial narrative and assets Sales needs to sell them, spanning early-access pilot through general availability and expansion within the existing base. In practice, that means a product isn't real to a buyer until it has a price, a package, and a commercial thesis that Sales or Client Experience can defend. It also means knowing the difference between a plan that looks clean on a slide and one that survives a real rollout.
• This role also owns a foundational piece of how Quavo scales its go-to-market approach: the taxonomy, governance, and goal-setting discipline behind every launch. Every launch is sized to a tier, every tier gets the process and stakeholders it needs, and goals are set jointly with Product rather than in parallel. This includes applying that discipline to active roadmap initiatives as Quavo's launch cadence grows.
• This role closely partners across several departments, including Product Management, Data & Analytics, Sales, Client Experience, Revenue Operations, and Finance, with direct access to executive leadership on the largest launches

Responsibilities

• Launch Governance, Taxonomy, and Goal setting
• Establish and maintain a product taxonomy that tiers new products, capabilities, and expansions by risk and opportunity, and use tiering to size launch governance, from a light working group for smaller items to full executive involvement for the largest launches.
• Own the launch process end to end: strategy and planning, business case and goal setting, GTM readiness and beta, general availability, post-launch through a 100-day check-in, and the transition into steady-state.
• Jointly set product delivery and go-to-market goals with Product for every launch and build the daily and weekly measurement rhythm that holds both sides accountable right after launch.
• Packaging, Bundling, and Tiering
• Develop and maintain pricing and packaging appropriate to a launch's tier, from a full model for major products to a streamlined approach for smaller ones.
• Design bundling and expansion pathways that reflect account fit, buying group economics, and competitive positioning.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance so pricing translates cleanly into contracts and quoting.
• Deal Support and Field Handoff
• Develop and maintain deal support materials covering product rationale, market timing, competitive differentiation, and pricing.
• Deliver a finished commercial narrative to GTM Enablement for every launch, to support rep training and coaching development.
• Translate account growth opportunities into priced, packaged offers for existing clients.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years in product marketing, GTM strategy, or commercialization in B2B SaaS, with direct experience taking products from pilot through general availability.
• Experience leading launches across a range of scale and complexity, from lightweight efforts to major cross-functional initiatives involving senior leadership, and comfortable briefing executives directly.
• Experience with several of the following: identifying the right buyer cohorts and go-to-market motion for a given release, launch, or feature, packaging or bundling models, or pricing input and analysis.
• Strong partnership experience with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance on quoting, deal structure, and commercial approval.
• Experience partnering with enablement or training teams to translate strategy into field-ready programs.
• Experience in B2B fintech, financial services SaaS, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Experience packaging across a multi-product portfolio, including offerings that monetize on usage or data volume rather than seats or features.
• Working knowledge of CPQ systems, Salesforce, and deal desk workflows.
• Familiarity with account scoring or expansion-signal models, and building reusable commercial content templates that scale across products.
