• We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Enterprise Networking & Zscaler Engineer to design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise network and security infrastructure.
• The role focuses on delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing network services while supporting transformation initiatives aligned with Zero Tr*** and modern cloud-delivered security architectures.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Cisco networking environments, Zscaler ZIA and ZPA administration, enterprise WAN technologies, and network security operations.

Responsibilities

• Network Engineering & Operations
• Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and VPN environments.
• Configure and manage Cisco networking infrastructure supporting routing, switching, and enterprise connectivity services.
• Perform network capacity planning, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and infrastructure optimization.
• Monitor network availability and resolve network performance issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead network upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Maintain network diagrams, operational procedures, standards, and technical documentation.
• Support Cisco SD-WAN OR Enterprise WAN/SD-WAN environments based on business requirements.
• Zscaler Administration & Security
• Deploy, configure, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
• Implement and maintain Zero Tr*** OR SASE/SSE concepts within the enterprise security architecture.
• Manage secure access policies, application access controls, and traffic forwarding configurations.
• Optimize connectivity through GRE/IPSec tunnels and Client Connector deployments.
• Monitor security events and collaborate with security teams on incident investigation and remediation activities.
• Security & Compliance
• Implement and enforce network security controls and organizational security policies.
• Support firewall administration, VPN services, and network segmentation initiatives.
• Participate in security audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities.
• Perform vulnerability remediation and support security incident response efforts.
• Incident & Problem Management
• Troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues across on-premises and cloud-connected environments.
• Lead root cause analysis activities and implement preventive measures.
• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve critical incidents.
• Participate in on-call and escalation support rotations as required.
