- The ideal candidate for this role has previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting. Experience in vet medicine is highly preferred. This person has a very established skillset and navigates all communication, including conflict, professionally and courteously. This is an invaluable position to serve the staff using creative problem-solving, upholding our gold standard of patient care, and continuing to foster a culture of teamwork.
