- Seeking for a Business Analyst collaborate with SMEs, technical teams, and stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements. Support modernization initiatives, conduct user assessments, and ensure clear communication across parties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user needs assessments and document results.
- Support high-level requirements gathering and prepare analysis artifacts.
- Participate in solution design discussions and coordinate testing readiness.
- Provide support for system remediations, migration planning, and dependency identification.
- Track remediation progress and assist teams with documentation updates.
- Prepare business cases and testing materials.
- Translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Support solution analysis and cross-team collaboration.
- Research and analyze business processes and document workflows.
- Collaborate with teams to develop technical specifications and use cases.
- Plan and support testing activities ensuring readiness and coverage.
- Assist in business process redesign and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and perform gap analyses.
- Prepare business cases and feasibility studies.
- Evaluate critical information and summarize data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Ability to perform detailed business analysis and process modeling.
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to produce complete functional documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Minimum of five years in business process analysis and requirements documentation.
- Proficiency in process mapping/modeling tools like Visio.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and exposure to Power BI preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps for managing user requirements and backlogs is preferred.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems, or related field required. Equivalent work experience may substitute.
- Certification in Scrum Master, Scrum Owner, CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PMP, or ITIL is desired but not required.
