- Legal Recruiter
- The Legal Recruiter is responsible for supporting the recruitment process for US document review and other positions. This role is responsible for recruiting, staffing, and onboarding attorneys and legal professionals for large-scale, project-based document review engagements across the United States. The successful candidate will work closely with Recruiting Leadership, Review Management, Operations, and other Staffing teams to ensure timely and accurate staffing aligned with active and upcoming client projects.
- This position requires regular availability during standard United States business hours to effectively support candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting activities across multiple U.S. time zones. The position is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates for legal positions through various recruiting channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Document and maintain recruitment activities, candidate records, and hiring data.
- Support full life cycle recruiting activities, including candidate onboarding and new hire coordination.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR team members to support staffing needs.
- Assist in implementing recruiting best practices and process improvements.
- Participate in recruitment events, networking opportunities, and talent pipeline development.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient recruiting operations.
Requirements
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Coursework or certification in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition.
- 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience.
- Experience recruiting for legal, professional services, or corporate positions.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
