• We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused contractor to support the Insightful team across operations, content management, communications, and training. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless program delivery, effective knowledge management, and consistent engagement across Insightful initiatives.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and can effectively manage multiple workflows across content, communications, and program operations.

Responsibilities

• Program & Operations Support
• • Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, inbox coordination, and creation of meeting bridges for Insightful events
• • Support event execution by uploading recordings, managing registration pages, and coordinating calendar invites and follow-ups
• • Maintain distribution and access lists, including updating opt-in communications and onboarding new users
• Content & Knowledge Management
• • Upload and organize content within the Insightful platform, ensuring proper metadata tagging and structured collections
• • Conduct periodic reviews to identify duplicative, outdated, or missing content, and perform quality checks on collections
• • Maintain SharePoint repositories, including uploading attendance reports and communications metrics
• Communications Support
• • Assist in drafting and distributing communications, including newsletters, event follow-ups, and recognition announcements
• • Capture and translate Insightful success stories into usable content for broader communications efforts
• • Maintain communications tracking tools, including the annual Comms and Training tracker, and support monthly reporting
• Training & Enablement Support
• • Develop and update training materials for new features, resources, and programs
• • Support onboarding and training events, including logistics coordination and post-session follow-ups
• • Maintain user access updates, including monthly reporting for RAI dashboard access
