• We're hiring a Growth Marketing Leader to own demand generation and performance marketing at Reevo. The core of the job is to drive quality sales opportunties. You'll build and run the engine across paid, ABM, and intent channels that fills and accelerates qualified pipeline for our sales team.
• Your remit goes beyond paid. You'll lead growth across the full funnel, including SEO, website conversion, and the experimentation program behind it all. We're early, so you'll be building much of this from scratch, and we expect you to use AI throughout your work to move faster than a bigger team could.
• Because of the close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, this role is required to be in-office in Santa Clara or San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

• Demand generation and performance marketing: Own the pipeline and opportunity number. You'll plan and run campaigns across paid search, paid social, ABM, and intent platforms like G2, and you'll be accountable for pipeline volume, quality, CAC, and payback against our ICP. This is where most of your time goes.
• Full-funnel growth strategy: Look at the funnel as a whole, from first touch to opportunity, and decide each quarter where growth effort will have the most impact.
• SEO and organic growth: Lead our SEO and AEO strategy and execution, including how Reevo shows up in AI-powered search. Organic is how we build channels that compound and reduce our dependence on paid spend over time.
• Website and conversion optimization: Own the website's conversion performance: landing pages, the testing roadmap, personalization, and analytics, with accountability for turning visitors into pipeline.
• Field and event demand programs: Run campaigns, events, and account-based plays in our priority markets, with the same measurement and accountability as any digital channel.
• Experimentation and reporting: Set up the testing cadence, attribution, and funnel reporting the whole GTM team works from. You'll use AI tools, including Reevo itself, to get more done at every step.

Requirements

• Experimental: You work in hypotheses and short cycles. You'd rather run five quick tests this week than one polished campaign next month, and you're quick to cut what isn't working.
• AI-native: AI is already part of how you work every day, from research to creative production to analysis, and you keep finding new ways to build it into your process.
• Data-driven: You make decisions from pipeline, CAC, and conversion data, and you set up measurement before you scale spend.
• A full-funnel thinker: You're as comfortable fixing a landing page as you are restructuring a paid account or planning an SEO cluster, and you understand how it all connects to revenue.
• A self-starter: You don't wait for a brief or a team. You find the opportunity, build the first version yourself, and use the results to make the case for more.
• 8+ years in growth or demand generation at high-growth AI or modern B2B SaaS companies, with a track record of owning a pipeline number, preferably in Sales or Revenue technology
• Deep hands-on experience in performance marketing (paid search, paid social, ABM, intent platforms) with a strong command of CAC, payback, and pipeline efficiency
• Working knowledge across the full funnel: SEO/AEO, landing page and CRO testing, and web analytics
• Consumer growth experience is a plus; we value the testing velocity and CAC discipline that consumer teams bring
• You use AI tools daily to speed up research, production, and analysis, and can walk us through the workflows you've built
• Strong analytical skills; you can pull and interpret your own numbers across attribution models, funnel dashboards, and campaign data
• Experience running structured experimentation programs with clear hypotheses, measurement, and documented results
• High agency, low ego, and a bias for action. You thrive in ambiguous environments and push work forward without waiting for perfect clarity
• Comfortable and familiar building and automating processes with Notion and AI tools
• Strong writing skills; you can draft your own ad copy, landing pages, and emails
