- Scope of Work: Provides logistics and property management support to the CDMRP, including warehouse operations, government property management, and facilities management across multiple buildings.
Responsibilities
- Assist the CDMRP facility manager with warehouse operations.
- Assemble new furniture and equipment as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and move furniture, supplies, and equipment among the warehouse and office buildings.
- Serve as facility manager for assigned buildings, including ordering repairs and managing telephone service orders.
- Validate compliance with snow procedures, safety codes, and fire codes (for example, serving as fire marshal).
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with government property management
- Working knowledge of AR 40-61, Inventory Management, and Medical Supply Support Account (MSSA) procedures
- Ability to perform facilities management duties, including repairs and safety and fire code compliance
- U.S. citizenship; able to obtain a favorable NACI and ADP III designation
