Responsibilities

• This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.
• You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
• Customer service, sales, or collections experience
• • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
