- We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and material handling. This role involves working both indoors and outdoors, operating a sit-down forklift, and ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, and prepared for shipment.
- This is a physically active position in a fast-paced warehouse environment requiring strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move and organize materials
- Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Read and follow work orders to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain inventory organization and warehouse efficiency
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
- Work in both indoor and outdoor warehouse environments as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of recent warehouse experience
- Minimum of 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience
- Stable work history with no more than 3 months of unexplained employment gaps
- Ability to read and understand work orders and warehouse documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
