Job description

• We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and material handling. This role involves loading and unloading trucks, operating a sit-down forklift, staging materials, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• The ideal candidate has recent warehouse and forklift experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform physically demanding work while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, stage, and organize materials
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Stage materials for customer deliveries and project requirements
• Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory
• Read and follow work orders to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain inventory organization and warehouse efficiency
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of recent warehouse experience
• Minimum of 6 months of recent sit-down forklift experience
• Stable work history with no employment gaps greater than 3 months unless clearly explained
• Ability to read and understand work orders
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and pull throughout the entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
