• Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to manage a sales territory and drive growth of Inertial Sense products and solutions with both existing and new customers. In this position, you will develop customer relationships, lead technical discussions, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across strategic accounts.
• While part of the Inertial Sense team , this position will join a high-performance team focused on delivering industry-leading GNSS/INS solutions for positioning, navigation, and autonomy applications. Our customers rely on Hexagon A&P’s industry-leading technology when building their own solutions. • The Location: Hexagon is a global company with offices around the world. This position is based remotely, with headquarters in Provo, Utah. Occasional travel to both Utah and Calgary is expected.

Responsibilities

• As our Regional Sales Manager , you would be responsible for:
• Promoting Inertial Sense products and solutions.
• Identifying new sales opportunities and closing deals with current and prospective customers.
• Coordinating with customer project teams on current and future contracts.
• Developing sales growth plans for defined key accounts.
• Liaising with customer engineering groups and internal engineering and marketing teams to translate technical requirements into products and solutions.
• Participating in tradeshows relevant to Inertial Sense products and solutions.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for customer engineering and purchasing departments regarding technical and commercial requests.
• Developing and maintaining industry relationships while providing market and industry insights to internal teams.
• Maintaining CRM systems with accurate customer, opportunity, and forecasting data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, GNSS, Geomatics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical sales role pertaining to GNSS and INS solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding established sales targets.
• Strong understanding of customer requirements and procurement processes within the INS market segment.
• Ability to effectively prepare and deliver technical presentations.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Ability to travel more than 25% of working time.
• Ability to understand customer needs and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.

• Known for providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience selling positioning, navigation, autonomy, or aerospace and defense technologies.
• Knowledge of commercial and government procurement processes within aerospace and defense markets.
• Familiarity with GNSS/INS applications across land, sea, and air autonomy markets.
