Responsibilities

• ✅ Help protect farms from disease through biosecurity audits and training
• ✅ Conduct safety audits of barn personnel
• ✅ Perform animal welfare assessments at farm sites
• ✅ Inspect farm structures to ensure biosecurity compliance
• ✅ Evaluate interior and exterior farm areas, including attics, chutes, and grounds
• ✅ Identify structural concerns that could impact barn performance
• ✅ Train farm staff on biosecurity, safety, and animal welfare best practices
• ✅ Complete truck wash and trailer audits

Requirements

• ✔ High School Diploma or equivalent
• ✔ Agricultural experience is a plus, but not required
• ✔ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• ✔ Valid driver's license
