Job description

• Siemens Fort Worth, TX, is growing and looking to add a Jr. Project Manager to their team. The Jr. Project Manager will support our core team, and internal customers will deliver exceptional results while being efficient.
• The Jr. Project Manager is a key role responsible for managing and scheduling to obtain an optimum balance between financial & capacity needs and operational productivity. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills to navigate discussions with stakeholders that may have competing interests. The ability to respond to sudden changes & work through conflicts is important to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Working with plant colleagues to learn and understand current production processes.
• Communicate schedule adherence to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Functional Organization, the Project Management Organization, Customers, and Vendors.
• Maintain supporting processes for customer specifications such as customer supplied materials, test reports, etc.
• Manage stakeholder communication portals- Strategic Project Solutions, BIM360, etc.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer during production meetings.
• Support the Logistics team with Authorizations to Ship, Material Ship List communication, and Ship-To Party information.
• Lead Customer Factory Witness Tests and Drive any Punch List Items to completion.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer-faced, data analysis, or data management role supporting manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain is strongly desired, although a combination of education (HS Diploma or GED equivalency is a minimum requirement) and directly related work experience will also be considered
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent Excel skills
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
• 3+ years of experience in customer-faced, data analysis, or data management role supporting manufacturing
• 2+ years in the Manufacturing industry in an engineering role
• Demonstrated logical and efficient reasoning, situational and time management while presenting a positive attitude with customers and co-workers
• SAP system knowledge/experience
• Work experience in the manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with lean principles
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Scheduling
• Demonstrated ability to identify a problem, isolate cause and drive resolution

• The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $128,520 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
