• Pride Health is hiring an Internal Mobility Program Manager to support our client's healthcare facility in West Bend. WI.
• Schedule: M-F 8-5 CST (2 Days onsite in a month)
• Location: West Bend, WI
• Job Type: Local contract
• Contract Length: 6 months

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of an Internal Mobility strategy supporting workforce needs.
• Design and manage clinical career pathways.
• Monitor internal mobility and promotion trends and recommend strategies to increase employee movement.
• Develop and deploy blended learning programs.
• Create self-service career resources and digital learning solutions.
• Support the development of a SharePoint Career Mobility Hub and Workday integration.
• Build partnerships with educational institutions, clinical partners, community organizations, and internal business units.
• Facilitate career coaching, mentoring, and workforce development programs.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and operational stakeholders.
• Create micro-learning and other learning resources.
• Collaborate with operational leaders across the organization.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in instructional design, facilitation, and project management.
• Experience with Workday and SharePoint.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation experience.
• Project management experience.
• Strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating micro-learning and learning resources.
• Experience with video editing software.
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Workforce Development, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
