• The Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS) strategy and operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
• As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will drive complex cross-functional projects and processes as a key contributor with limited guidance, and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of smaller projects. You will identify and develop go-to-market strategies (e.g., revenue/service models, product strategies) and launch cross-functional initiatives to address a business need. You will solve complex problems which have multiple potential solutions, and identify potential roadblocks and operational inefficiencies. You will demonstrate the ability to resolve ambiguous situations with clear insights and actionable recommendations. You will influence across teams to align resources and direction and actively develop relationships across the product area. You will act as a subject matter expert with a thorough understanding of your business area. You will also engage in community contributions to improve and sustain our culture and operations making Google a better place to work.
• The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate a strategic business cadence to ensure operational efficiency and consistent delivery of results. Establish robust processes and governance frameworks that instill excellence and drive accountability across the organization.
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress against core business objectives. Build scalable reporting frameworks that leverage existing infrastructure to surface actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Cultivate high-trust partnerships across the organization to synchronize priorities and advocate shared outcomes. Facilitate the cross-functional collaboration necessary to remove friction and meet complex business goals.
• Drive execution through targeted enablement while crafting compelling narratives and business cases to influence product roadmaps and customer adoption.
• Apply deep industry and product expertise to identify growth opportunities and optimize GTM strategies. Evaluate emerging solutions and implement innovative, scalable approaches that improve process efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• MBA degree.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
• 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
• Ability to translate and articulate business problems into easily understood solutions and functional requirements.
• Ability to establish relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional technical and business partners.

• US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
