• We are seeking a Recruiter who demonstrates strong judgment, curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to partner with our businesses. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to hiring leaders and HR, leveraging Principle Based Hiring to assess talent, shape recruiting strategies, and influence hiring decisions. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong judgment, curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to use data and market insights to help the business make better long-term talent decisions. There are two Recruiter roles open, one supporting Guardian Glass and the other Koch Capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Recruit talent across manufacturing, operations, commercial, and professional capability functions.
• Identify and attract passive candidates through various sourcing channels, professional networks, and market engagement activities.
• Assess candidate capabilities, values, and contribution motivation to develop informed hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage labor market data, competitive intelligence, and talent insights to inform recruiting strategies and hiring decisions.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hiring leaders, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners by providing guidance on talent availability, recruiting trends, and effective hiring practices.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and overall hiring outcomes.
• Leverage technology, automation and recruiting tools to improve efficiency, candidate experience and hiring effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes, including passive candidate sourcing
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
• Experience developing effective partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders
• Experience influencing hiring decisions through data, insights, and business partnership
• Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs
• Knowledge and experience applying Principle Based Management® and Principle Based Hiring concepts to recruiting strategies, candidate assessment, talent selection, and business partnership.
• Demonstrated agility, curiosity and openness to new approaches.
• Experience communicating recruiting performance and market trends through data and analytics
• Experience with Avature
