• CORDURA® Advanced Fabrics is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Brand Manager to join the team in Kennesaw, GA. This role focuses primarily on the strategic planning and execution of our digital and social media channels by managing external agency partners to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and business growth for the CORDURA® Advanced Fabrics business.
• The ideal candidate is a strategic, business-minded marketer who translates business objectives into effective campaigns both online and offline. This highly collaborative role partners closely with colleagues across the global marketing team, cross-functional business teams, and external agencies. The successful candidate is a self-starter who can plan and create compelling content under tight deadlines, engage audiences in real time at key events, and leverage performance insights to continuously improve channel effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketer who enjoys building programs from the ground up, influencing stakeholders, and working across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Business Alignment
• Develop and own the NA/EMEA digital and social media strategy for the CORDURA® brand, ensuring alignment with business objectives, marketing priorities, and regional initiatives
• Align the NA/EMEA social strategy with the AP regional strategy.
• Integrate online initiatives with offline events such as tradeshows and key business meetings
• Partner with Marketing, Business Development, Product, and Licensing teams to support key business initiatives and ensure alignment across all channels
• Attend key industry events and trade shows to deepen brand and market knowledge, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for audience engagement and business growth
• Content and Channel Management
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels
• Manage editorial calendars and content distribution to support campaign objectives, audience engagement, and channel performance
• Manage agency partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, project deliverables, timelines, investment, and performance expectations
• Analytics and Continuous Improvement
• Use analytics and reporting tools to evaluate performance, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations that improve content effectiveness, engagement, and business outcomes
• Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and dashboards that measure performance and clearly communicate business impact
• Apply emerging technologies, AI-driven tools, and industry best practices to improve digital marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency
• Serve as the organization's digital and social media subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices, emerging trends, platform changes, and growth opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, social media, content strategy, or integrated marketing communications
• Experience managing social media channels, content calendars, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital and social media channels, content strategy, digital advertising, email marketing, and channel planning
• Experience managing agencies, consultants, or external marketing partners and overseeing project execution and deliverables
• Experience establishing KPIs, analyzing performance data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience building dashboards, measuring marketing performance, and communicating results to stakeholders
• Experience with stakeholder management, project management, and presenting to diverse audiences
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time to trade shows, including occasional global travel
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience defining digital and social media strategies
• Experience managing social media presence for both B2B and B2C audiences
• Community management, as well as asset and content creation experience
• Experience translating business goals, audience insights or performance data into digital and social media recommendations
• An understanding of SEO, user journeys, web traffic impacts and how social media contributes to discoverability and digital performance
• Ability to speak one or more foreign languages
