Our work spans four core areas: Business Insights & Competitive Intelligence, Vendor Operations, Strategic Alignment & Planning, and Execution Enablement. As a team, we surface insights, strengthen external partnerships, align teams around strategy, and build the systems and operating rhythms that help the company execute effectively.
• ABOUT THE ROLE 👤

Responsibilities

• You’ll coordinate cross-functional processes, maintain business performance reporting, and turn business needs and data into action. You’ll play an important role in strengthening our operating rhythm by keeping stakeholders aligned, deliverables on track, and recurring work running smoothly. As you ramp, you’ll have opportunities to identify patterns, improve processes, and use AI and automation to create more capacity for strategic work.
• Maintain accurate, informative reporting on company performance, including recurring metric reviews and KPIs, while identifying opportunities to automate metric review and report-out workflows so timely, decision-useful insights reach the right stakeholders.
• Partner with the Data team and business stakeholders to build meaningful systems that will answer key business questions, identify gaps in available information, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Build strong relationships across the business and proactively follow up with stakeholders to independently resolve blockers, close gaps, and keep work moving.
• Identify recurring operational friction and manual work, trace issues to their root causes, and partner with business owners to improve the underlying process rather than repeatedly addressing symptoms.
• Maintain visibility into status, deadlines, risks, and ownership for vendor renewals through the approval process. Own weekly status communications for open requisitions, follow through on delayed requests, and ensure updates reach the right stakeholders.
• Ensure key business metrics, including company OKRs, are accurate and updated to maintain our operating rhythm touch points, keeping contributors aligned and deliverables moving through clear, consistent communication.
• Support key recurring meetings preparation, including agenda development, data pulls, materials coordination, and tracking action items through completion.

Requirements

• You have 2-4 years experience in business operations, program management, consulting, or a cross-functional execution role—preferably in a fast-paced tech or fintech environment.
• You take ownership of outcomes from start to finish. If you begin something, you complete it or explicitly hand it off with clear context.
• You’re systems-minded and resourceful, with a knack for spotting patterns, diagnosing root causes, and designing solutions that scale. You understand how actions and decisions affect interconnected processes and anticipate their downstream impacts.
• You’re comfortable working with data and BI tools like Looker and can translate business questions, metrics, and findings into clear insights and next steps.
• You’re a clear, proactive communicator who surfaces status, blockers, and needs before being asked.
• You’re exceptionally organized and reliable, stay ahead of deadlines, and can manage multiple priorities without letting details slip.
• You’re a people person. You build strong relationships and can create accountability across teams with a ton of empathy, persistence, and sound judgment.
• You’re open to feedback and new ideas, ask questions before making assumptions, and treat colleagues’ problems as shared team problems.
• You’re flexible and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, shifting timelines, and jumping into what the operating rhythm needs most.

• Additional information: Salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 + bonus + benefits, based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skill, and experience.
