Lease Return Coordinator- Four Stars Finance at D&M Leasing in Addison, TX

Job description

• Four Stars Finance is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lease Return Coordinator to manage the end-of-lease process, ensuring a seamless experience for customers, lenders, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• • Handle scheduling for lease inspections and returns.
• • Communicate with D&M sales staff, lenders, and customers regarding the status of maturing leases.
• • Issue notices and invoices related to end-of-lease charges, using sound discretion.
• • Perform monthly lender reporting and ensure accurate documentation.
• • Calculate payoff figures and coordinate with the accounting team for lender payments.
• • Track and report key metrics related to lease returns.
• • Strategically manage the end-of-term lease portfolio to optimize results.
• • Analyze gains and losses to improve financial performance.
• • Collaborate in a team environment and assist management as needed.
• • Must be comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone.

Requirements

• • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a team environment.
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• • Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
• • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
