Responsibilities
- 📞 Engage inbound and outbound leads to schedule qualified sales appointments
- 💬 Represent Renewal by Andersen with enthusiasm and professionalism
- 🎯 Hit and exceed daily and weekly goals to unlock bonuses
- 💻 Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and performance

Requirements
- ✅ A positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
- ✅ Sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- ✅ Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools
- ✅ A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- ✅ Motivated by growth, competition, and earning potential
- ✅ High School Diploma or equivalent required
- ✅ 2+ Years' prior experience working in a call center or inside sales preferred
