• As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will become the performance and measurement layer across our Marketing organization, turning our digital channels into measurable pipeline and revenue drivers. This position takes full ownership of paid search, paid social, CTV, retargeting, and other performance channels currently supported by our agency partner, bringing that expertise fully in-house. A key member of the Marketing team, you will connect campaign activity to CRM, leads, opportunities, and revenue, continuously test and optimize the customer journey, and partner with Content, Brand, and Digital to establish KPIs for major marketing initiatives. This role also provides execution guidance and mentorship to our Digital Marketing Specialist through a dotted-line relationship. Works independently on special projects according to agreed timelines and special requests. Could have direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing & Paid Media
• · Own paid search, paid social, CTV, retargeting, and other performance channels currently supported by our agency partner, bringing strategy, execution, and optimization fully in-house.
• · Own CarolinaHandling.com and the broader digital experience, including site performance, landing pages, and conversion paths, so every digital touchpoint supports customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• · Develop and manage paid media budgets, targeting, and campaign execution to drive measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• · Develop and run testing strategies across audiences, messaging, offers, channels, and landing pages.
• · Partner with the Digital Marketing Specialist to maximize paid campaign effectiveness through optimized digital experiences and conversion paths.
• Growth, Conversion & Revenue
• · Turn our digital channels into measurable pipeline and revenue drivers.
• · Identify opportunities to improve conversion throughout the customer journey, from first touch to closed opportunity.
• · Connect campaign activity to CRM, leads, opportunities, and revenue in partnership with Sales.
• · Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Measurement, Attribution & Reporting
• · Improve marketing attribution and funnel reporting across paid and organic channels.
• · Partner with Content, Brand, and Digital to establish KPIs and measurement strategies for content, campaigns, digital experiences, and broader marketing investments.
• · Evaluate marketing investments based on measurable business impact, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations and executive-level insights.
• · Define the outcome each marketing activity is trying to influence and measure whether the work is accomplishing it, recognizing that not every activity carries a direct revenue number.
• Team Support & Cross-Functional Partnership
• · Provide execution guidance, mentorship, and professional development to the Digital Marketing Specialist through a dotted-line relationship for digital execution and growth.
• · Partner across Content, Brand, Creative, and Digital to ensure performance marketing efforts are integrated with broader brand and content strategy.
• · Manage the transition of agency-managed capabilities in-house and oversee any remaining vendor or technology relationships.
• · Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization.

Requirements

• All potential hires are subject to pre-employment checks which include but are not limited to background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record checks.
• · 5-7 years’ experience in performance or digital marketing, including hands-on management of paid search, paid social, and other paid channels, with a track record of driving measurable growth; candidates from small to medium-sized organizations with broad, cross-functional responsibilities are strongly preferred.
• · Experience owning or managing a company website, including content management systems, landing page development, and user experience optimization, preferred.
• · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or similar required.
• · Proven experience managing paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CTV/programmatic, and retargeting platforms) required.
• · Strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
• · Must be proficient in HubSpot (preferred) or comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing and reporting tools.
• · Experience partnering with Sales to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
• · Experience managing or mentoring team members and/or agency and vendor partners preferred.
• · Strong analytical and testing mindset, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• · Team-oriented, customer-centered drive with a passion to learn in a fast-paced, goal/deadline-driven atmosphere.
• · Competent in communicating and building relationships throughout the organization, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• · Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• · A performance-minded marketer who thinks in terms of pipeline and revenue, not just impressions and clicks.
• · Hands-on and comfortable running paid campaigns directly, not just directing an agency — this role is bringing that work in-house.
• · Fluent in data: quick to spot what a dashboard is really saying and to turn it into a clear recommendation for the business.
• · A natural tester, always running the next experiment on audiences, messaging, or landing pages rather than settling for "good enough."
• · A generous mentor who takes real ownership of developing the Digital Marketing Specialist, not just delegating tasks to her.
• · A strong cross-functional partner who can align Sales, Content, Brand, and Creative around shared KPIs without needing formal authority over those teams.
