• Keeper is hiring an experienced and analytical Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support the systems, reporting, processes, and technology that enable our global talent acquisition team. This is a 100% remote position from select locations, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

• As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you will support the systems, reporting, processes, and technology used by our growing talent acquisition team. This role will help maintain Greenhouse and related integrations, prepare reports, analyze recruiting data, support team KPIs, assist with capacity planning, document processes, and identify opportunities to improve the candidate and recruiter experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of Keeper’s talent acquisition technology stack, including Greenhouse, integrations, assessment platforms, reporting tools, and workflow automation
• Maintain Greenhouse data integrity, workflows, configurations, permissions, and process discipline
• Assist with technology updates, implementations, integrations, and issue resolution in partnership with IT, HR, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Research new tools and technologies and provide recommendations to improve recruiter productivity, reporting, automation, and candidate experience
• Help create, monitor, and maintain talent acquisition KPIs and metrics that support team performance and Keeper’s hiring goals
• Prepare and share recurring reports and dashboards for Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, and leadership
• Analyze recruiting trends, funnel performance, sourcing effectiveness, assessment results, requisition aging, capacity, and hiring progress
• Partner with HR to support ATS and HRIS integrations and workflows
• Assist with reconciling recruiting activity against approved headcount plans, open requisitions, pending starts, and remaining hiring needs
• Support recruiter capacity planning by analyzing workload, requisition volume, pipeline health, and anticipated hiring demand
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions that improve consistency, efficiency, standardization, and candidate experience
• Create and maintain recruiting processes, documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners
• Provide operational support for talent acquisition system, process, and workflow issues
• Support automation and workflow improvement initiatives using Workato or similar tools
• Participate in special projects and provide recruiting support, including sourcing, applicant review, and full-cycle recruitment, as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting operations, HR operations, analytics, or a related field
• Experience supporting recruiting systems, processes, or operational programs
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience required
• Experience supporting recruiting technology integrations, implementations, updates, or vendor relationships
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs for talent acquisition, HR, or business leadership
• Familiarity with ADP or other HRIS systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Working knowledge of headcount planning, forecasting, or recruiting capacity
• Experience documenting processes and creating training materials or user guides
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
• Understanding of workflow automation tools, such as Workato, preferred
• Strong computer skills; Google Suite and Google Sheets strongly preferred
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and recruiting funnel metrics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
• Ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field preferred
• Experience in tech or cybersecurity preferred
