• If so, we'd love to meet you. Damien Center is looking for an EHR Systems Analyst & Support Specialist to be the go-to expert who keeps our electronic health record running smoothly, helps our teams get the most out of it, and makes sure it works as hard for our patients as our people do.
• Every appointment, care plan, and follow-up at Damien Center runs through our EHR. When the system works well, our care teams can spend less time clicking and more time connecting with the people they serve. That's where you come in.
• In this role, you'll be both a trusted helpdesk resource and a strategic partner. You'll troubleshoot day-to-day issues, yes, but you'll also shape how our integrated care, quality, and operations teams work, making sure our system supports the reporting and standards that come with being a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Your work will have a real, visible impact on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Keep Our EHR Running Smoothly
• Serve as the primary helpdesk resource for eClinicalWorks, troubleshooting issues and resolving user concerns
• Triage, document, and track support requests through to resolution, and escalate to the vendor when needed
• Manage user accounts, security roles, and access
• Configure and maintain templates, forms, order sets, alerts, registries, and other workflow tools
• Help test and roll out software updates and new functionality
• Be Our FQHC & PCMH Go-To
• Act as the organization's expert on how FQHC and PCMH requirements show up in EHR workflows and documentation
• Make sure eClinicalWorks supports UDS reporting, quality measures, care coordination, preventive and population health, health equity, patient engagement, enabling services, and care gap management
• Keep an eye on regulatory changes and recommend system updates to stay ahead of them
• Drive Quality & Continuous Improvement
• Oversee maintenance of reporting tools and support UDS and quality reporting
• Spot trends in support requests and turn them into smarter processes
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Teach, Coach & Empower
• Develop and deliver eClinicalWorks training, from group sessions to one-on-one coaching
• Lead EHR onboarding for new team members
• Oversee educational materials and help build standard operating procedures
• Collaborate & Lead Projects
• Partner with integrated care, operations, quality, and leadership teams on workflow enhancements
• Serve as the liaison between end users and the EHR vendor
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and validation

Requirements

• Required
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Information Technology, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field*
• 3+ years of experience supporting an EHR system in a healthcare setting
• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks
• 2+ years of experience in an FQHC, community health center, or primary care environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and healthcare technology systems
• Experience with PCMH principles and requirements
• Experience with quality reporting, UDS measures, and population health initiatives
• *Work or lived experience may substitute for education requirements on a case-by-case basis.

• Salary: $70,000 plus an annual performance-based salary increase
