- As a Driver Recruiter, you connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and educate them on our training process, fleet options, income potential, and communicate the benefits of working for Roehl. Additionally, you make informed hiring decisions to ensure we hire highly motivated and qualified candidates. Therefore, you must possess the following skills
Requirements
- Effective & timely communication with a diverse audience

- Strong desire to develop and learn new skills
- One year experience of recruiting Class A CDL drivers for an over-the-road carrier is preferred.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Tenstreet is a plus.
