Responsibilities

• Design and support scalable, high-performance integration solutions.
• Work directly with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, workshops, solution validation and UAT.
• Handle high-volume data processing, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Implement and support complex EWM implementations, including wave management and VAS.

Requirements

• SAP IBP(5+ Years Relevant Minimum/ Up to 23 LPA for FTE and 1250/- an hour for contract)

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning, with strong hands-on experience in SAP IBP.
• Strong functional experience in SAP IBP Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
• Hands-on experience with Time-Series Planning and/or Order-Based Planning in SAP IBP.
• Strong understanding of planning operators, key figures, planning heuristics, planning levels and planning areas.
• Practical experience designing and supporting demand and supply planning scenarios.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, forecast adjustments and forecast accuracy measurement.
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Good understanding of IBP master data and transactional data integration.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end planning process between IBP and ECC/S/4HANA MRP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA MRP configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of MRP types, lot-sizing procedures, planning strategies, scheduling and special procurement.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly in identifying discrepancies between IBP planning results and ERP MRP execution.
• Experience in end-to-end integration testing and validating planning results across IBP and ERP.
• Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders, including requirement gathering, workshops, solution validation and UAT.
• The requirement is specifically for CIDS (Cloud Integration Data Services) development and support expertise.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience integrating with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
• Strong exposure to handling high-volume data processing, performance optimization, and scalability is required.
• The emphasis is on technical solution implementation and integration, rather than IBP functional configuration.
• Conclusion: The team requires CIDS specialists with IBP integration experience who can design and support scalable, high-performance integration solutions.
• Strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is required.
• Inbound and outbound warehouse processes
• Kit-to-stock functionality
• Complex EWM implementations
• Wave management and VAS ( Value added services) experience required
• Experience integrating EWM with external transportation systems, conveyors, or automation systems is mandatory.
• Yard Management and Labor Management are in the roadmap but are not immediate hiring requirements.
• Knowledge of Logistics Execution (LE) and Sales & Distribution (SD) is considered an added advantage.
• Conclusion: The primary focus is on experienced EWM consultants with complex implementation and integration experience, particularly with external systems.
