Responsibilities

• Work as part of the team to plan, coordinate, develop, and implement data modernization of vital statistics and vital records related projects.
• Develop and maintain mission-critical functions including Birth Registry, Death Registry (EDRS), and Screening Registry using Oracle Application Express (APEX).
• Integrate systems with multiple state and federal partners.
• Implement new enhancements that support the data modernization of vital records and vital statistics projects.
• Create new Oracle APEX pages and application components.
• Strengthen security controls and improve user experience through modern UI capabilities.
• Ensure long-term sustainability of the platform while maintaining strict security standards and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle 11g/18c/19c database.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL experience.
• Experience with Javascript or Jquery.
• Experience with Oracle APEX.
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL web toolkit.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP Webservices.
• Oracle 11g.
