Responsibilities

• Daily UE Closure Monitoring: Review and process all pending UE cases on a daily basis, ensuring timely closure after verifying that all required actions and approvals have been completed.
• · Daily Monitoring of 811 Account Freezes: Conduct a daily review of 811 account freeze cases to verify the status, identify pending actions, and ensure appropriate resolution in line with defined processes and controls.
• · Daily UE Header Changes: Perform and validate necessary UE header changes on a daily basis, ensuring that all updates are accurately reflected in the system as per business requirements.
• · UE Reopening Based on RRMS Requirements: Reopen closed UE cases whenever requested by the RRMS team after validating the requirement and ensuring that the necessary corrective or additional actions can be undertaken.
• · PSV Modification Coordination and Reporting: Collect and consolidate all PSV modification requests received from field RRMs, perform preliminary validation, and share the compiled details with the RL Control Team for further processing and implementation.
• · Stakeholder Coordination and Follow-up: Liaise with RRMs, and RL Control Team on a regular basis to ensure timely completion of activities, resolution of queries, and adherence to operational timelines.
• · Monthly Incident Dashboard Preparation: Compile, analyse, and prepare the Incident Dashboard on a monthly basis by consolidating incident data from various sources, tracking key trends, monitoring incident volumes, highlighting significant observations, and ensuring timely submission to stakeholders and management.
• · Daily FCOB UE Updation: Perform daily updation of FCOB UE cases in the system, ensuring accurate recording of case status, remarks, action taken, and other relevant details. Monitor pending cases regularly and coordinate with concerned teams to ensure timely closure and data accuracy.
• · Any Other Activities Assigned by the Department from Time to Time: Undertake and support any additional operational, administrative, reporting, compliance, process improvement, or business-related activities assigned by the department on an ad hoc basis. Ensure timely completion of tasks, coordination with relevant stakeholders, adherence to internal guidelines, and effective support for departmental objectives and business requirements.
